With only 1m, you won't get too far in Construction. To get to 65-70, you have to end up using 5m+ (guessing on that one, I've used around 8-10m at 70 Con, but some of that is improving my house), but to start up I'd recommend getting some planks and nails and make small normal things like tables and chairs, and just get rid of it and replace it. Then when you get to the higher levels (25-30?) start using oak (which requires no nails) and start making tables and chairs until you can make oak larders in the kitchen. This is how the majority of people train Construction.

Pm me if you have more questions.

assuming your construction is your lowest skill, go do Tears of Guthix, its how I got mine to 40ish until it wasnt my lowest skill anymore. Like the guy above stated, when you get to the upper levels, make oak larders in the kitchen...or if you have lots of time and patience, make clay fireplaces...I forgot the exact method how to do it, but its a long process to lvl off clay fireplaces, compared to oak larders....

~HOORAY FOR BEING MUTED!~

Do what i do

1. fight monsters that drop long/curved bones - usually its long ones but that 1.5k exp added and when your low lvl contruction its a great boost

2. Do any quests that involve construction exp or useful tools e.g eyes of glouphrie gives a crystal saw that when carried gives +3 construction

3. If youve done recipie for disaster you can use daves stews which can give +6 boost to construction lvl this is useful for building higher lvl things with more exp.

4. Use tip its guide its long and explains everything you need to know

Oh yeh forgot Tears and also impetuous imps mini game gives you 4 noted oak planks quite often - good money saver

Gorak Chronicles Ended, thinking of something new for next week

You can check out my guide on 99 Construction... It will give cheap-expensive methods on raising Construction! :)

A Complete Guide to 99 Construction!

One million in cash won't get you too far, or else it will take longer. So, if you are willing to do the extra time, then my guide may help.

Here's a quick guide for you...

You could mine clay and bank it all the make fireplaces. This takes an EXTREMELY long time, but is probable. One million won't even give you enough cash to cut regular logs and plank them yourself, so that is not an option. I recommend just doing clay until about level 50-53. Once hitting this level, you can cut your own logs and plank them yourself.

Another option is to Runecraft Nats for some extra cash. If you wish to do that, my guide has a big portion to Runecrafting Nats and also the more expensive methods of Construction.

I highly suggest you get more money because getting 65 from just clay is very annoying and time consuming. I wouldn't suggest it.
