Your right it is hard to tell, maybe make the place a bit more spacius, it looks like its going to get a bit more cramped in that corner.

Update Numero Dos

You could start off by outlining everything with a thin black line. Then fix the arms, since they all look a little out of proportion. (And add an elbow to the left arm). :-w

 

 

 

It all looksa little too.. freely drawn. As if the lines were drawn without precision. Try to go other some of them making them look a little more straight & real.

 

 

 

Then focus on shading.

outlining in black takes away from the quality of the sig :-s

anyways, another update...

I think the Party Hat needs to be a bit lower on his head, and his hair should go down some more towards his neck; right now it looks like he's got a huge bald area under his hair. Take a look at someone's hair line, and you'll see it goes down farther than that.
