One day, my families internet with Tiscali stopped working. We spent many weeks with no internet until we decded to leave Tiscali and go with Bt.

 

 

 

We bought a Bt Homehub and ever since then the internet has been terrible.

 

 

 

Xbox live lags, Runescape lags and it turns off when it feels like it... -.-

 

 

 

I have seen MANY videos on YouTube of people smashing up their Hubs (very fun to watch) for reasons I have stated.

 

 

 

That is why, I have made this thread.

Well my friend has one and it plays up a hell of a lot. Homehub is a bad idea in the first place tbh.

I've got to be honest, I've setup about 15 homehubs and have had very few problems with them.

 

 

 

Maybe you should try and phone bt and see if there are any problems with the line.

I have their buisness hub, so I'm not realy familiar with the homehub.

 

 

 

However BT did screw up ALL their buisnessehub's that were being used at a particular time with a firmware update, and had to replace them all.

 

That's good 'ole BT for ya'.

 

 

 

I would recommend you have a poke around with the hub and phone BT fist, after that, well try a different service.

I would phone if the phone that came with it worked instead of having a blank screen -.-

 

 

 

Edit: To be utterly fair, I can't understand half of things that the oversea call centers actually say...
