Well I got a DW kit with zildijan cymbals but I know nothing about it since it was given to me. It sounds good though.

Honestly I'm not much of a roto fan my self, i thought you were talking about a tom holder(almost got a double myself). But i have seen my share of rotos in the years, and know how they work.

If you buy something don't be afraid to buy used, "one man's trash is another man's treasure" I found a 7 piece kit, it sounds perfect too(I don't recommend buying a 22 piece, thats too much to jump too right now for you)

I'm a percussionist in orchestra like stuff, but I'm horrid and haven't played in 1+ years. Well, I'm not horrible, but it doesn't really suit my tastes.
