its a prayer boosting armour that looks like initiate. You need to do slug menece and you can buy it from the knight in faldor park. :P

I think they may mean Proselyte. It is a Quest Armour unlocked after completing Slug Menace. It offers bonuses similar to adamant and it gives a prayer bonus. Many use it in situations where they need a bit more prayer, like Metal Dragons, pest control, boss monsters etc.
