I have 81 att, 83 str, and 75 def. I have been training at my secret spot, brine rats. I can stay there for 3-4 hours at a time getting 50k exp or more per hour which means its pretty good exp. Now its kind of slow so where would be a good place to train at. I want to go for 99 att once im done doing barrows so Id like to be able to get fast exp

Giant skeles/ bandits should get you 40-50k exp an hour.

Use Guthans to heal, and then rune/torso with a God cape/book to keep them agressive.

if you ahve atleast red d hide, go to bloodvelds and stock up on blood runes plus its excellent exp. :) (50 slayer req though)

well i can get 50k exp at brine rats with pretty decent drops. i can get 200-300 sharks per trip, 300-400 lobbies, many death runes

If you get drops like that, I suggest staying there, providing you aren't at a loss due to supplies.
