What To Wear And Take:

 

 

 

Highly Recommended Items/How To Use

 

Items:

 

Lockpick - you need this to get into pirate hut/axe hut

 

Ddp++ - ultimate knockout weapon when used proper

 

Sara Brew - DON'T NEED TO TAKE (its optional)

 

 

 

How To Use:

 

Lockpick - right click pirate hut door/axe hut and choose picklock

 

Ddp++ - get your opponent to 50ish hitpoints and whip out your dragon dagger ++ and use a special attack. However, if you see any-one running around in mage armour ddp++ spec them, chances are you'll k0 them

 

Sara Brew - 1 sip will boost your hitpoints above your lvl by like 16 lvls and also boost your defence level 2 more levels than super defence does. HOWEVER, it will decrease your attack, strength and many other stats so take a sip of super restore then drink super att and strength to boost back up. Say you're on 50hp. You can drink 3 sips of sara brew before you need to drink 1 sip of super restore (anymore then 3 = 2 or more sips of super restore)

 

 

 

Melee:

 

This is likely the most popular and best melee inventory at Mage Bank. You can add sara brews if you know how to use or add vengeance runes. Personally I leave it as it is.

 

-Always remember your hides incase barragers etc and ALWAYS take a lockpick. Dragon dagger poison ++ for spec

 

-can change defender for kite. (I recommend defender to hit often )

 

 

 

 

 

Melee/Mage Hybrid:

 

Again probably the best gear you can take and inventory you can have for melee/mage hybrid. Sara brews here are more or less for survival when out of food. Never forget your lockpick or dds.

 

-Runes can be changed for blitz

 

-Ahrims can be changed for Mystic and sara brews for sharks

 

-Defender for mage book if you choose to.

 

 

 

 

 

Ancient Mage:

 

Not many people decide to go to Mage Bank as a total mage, I don't recommend it unless with 10+ ppl.

 

-Ahrims can be changed for Mystic

 

-Gloves, helm and boots can be changed for mystic

 

-runes can be changed for blitz.

 

 

 

 

 

Teleblocker:

 

No-one can really mage bank pk effectively without a teleblocker. Make sure your mage bonus is atleast 80+ for a good streak of 1 hit teleblocks. Always take rune incase you fail to hit but never give up until their teleblocked. Dragon Scimmy is likely better to wield incase your oppenent prays mage just spec with the dragon scimitar and it removes their prayer for a few seconds allowing you to teleblock them for 5 minutes. If they run, entangle and let an ancient mage take over.

 

-ahrims can be changed for mystic

 

-book/scim for mage staff.

 

 

 

 

 

Melee/Range Hybrid:

 

Only really needed when you find a big team with mages. When you get frozen, stick your bow on and fight the mager, if you dont have room to equip your bow, drop 1 shark.

 

 

 

 

 

Ranger:

 

I don't recommend ranging unless 99, chances are you're going to get hit often. I recommend using melee/range hybrid if you really want to range.

 

-vambraces can be changed for barrow gloves

 

-archer can be changed for rune large.

 

 

 

 

 

Log Out Locations:

 

 

 

Log out locations are very important when Mage Bank Pking. You don't want to log into a huge team and get k0ed and you don't want to log into a small team and make them run/lever. Below is the best log out spots for successful Mage Bank Pking. If you have enough people I suggest scatter around Mage Bank and log in on them.

 

-Teleblocker(s) log out 1 step north of Mage Bank Lever.

 

 

 

 

 

Locations:

 

It is vital that you know your locations. Someone could call all to pirates and your like wtf where is pirates.

 

-Axes = Axe Hut

 

-Pirates = Pirate hut

 

-Ship = Pirate Ship

 

-Stairs/Giants = Hill Giants

 

-MB = Mage Bank

 

-Ardy = Ardy lever.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multi-Combat Areas:

 

When Mage Bank Pking, never ever ever ever run after anyone running to a multi-combat area. There is a 99% chance that it's a lure. No matter how good the loot the guy may be wearing, never run after them. Simply shout " it's a lure, dont go. " and turn back and find your team.
