September 21, 200718 yr Hey, I have around 550k, and need around 1.7m for d legs. I can't merchant, and haven't got the patience for things like woodcutting for cash. So I'm wondering if fishing monks would be a good way to get that. I'm only 70 fishing, but can catch quite a lot in a day, and would need around 3k raw monks. Would this take too long, or is it quite a good way for me? Thanks Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.
September 21, 200718 yr If you are purely fishing for money, I'm pretty sure that lobs will be money than monkfish, but monkfish is probably better for xp. raw lobsters: 230-250ea raw monks: 300-400ea You could test both of them out and see how it works ~Ddaanniiellh : 1437 : 173Lowest Combat to 1,000 Total in F2P (23 Combat)Check me out on YouTube!

September 22, 200718 yr Well im 95 fishing and in my opinion they are faster cash than sharks and lobs. Ive caught over 20k monkfish 30-40kish sharks maybe more, and however many lobs it takes to get to 76 so if you need cash just go with fishing monkfish. Quit. September 22, 200718 yr if you are going to be doing offscreen fishing then do lobs because the monkfish spots move around too muhc trust me on this one:S but they still go by pretty fast if you check back every 30 seconds or so.
September 22, 200718 yr As people have said, use Monkfish. The monkfish offer more experience, and are worth a substantially larger amount of money. I also hear that monkfish are nearly the same speed as lobster to catch. Good luck with the D-Legs. :) PoetryIndexed Picture 1Indexed Picture 2 Killed my maxed Zerker pure April 2010 Rebooting Runescape
