The quality isn't great (Most likely due to it being a JPG file). Looks somewhat simple too, some lighting effects, text and a border.

The font is a bit sticked to the left though, just zoom in to 300% and move it from there. The text wont stick to the edges that way :wink:

I'd have to agree with this.

 

 

 

The text really killed it for me. Plus it's just not too creative enough for me for a manip. It's nice that you chose Navy as an inspiration though. Navy has some really great talent in those hands.
