Ive Been Away For 8 Months Doing Army Training And Got Rid Of All My Gear Before I Left. I Dont Know If Anything New/Better Has Come Out Since Ive Been Gone. But I Need To Know The Works: Helmet, Chest, Legs, Boots, Gloves, Shield, Weapon, Cape, Necklace, Ring. I Care About Doing More Damage Than Defence, But I Dont Like Armor That Breaks Or Has To Be Repaired. And I Think I Can Use Almost Everything But Fire Cape, Im 108 Cbt.

I Am Willing To Spend Any Amount, I Want The Best Out There. And Im Going To Be Mainly Fighting Slayer Monsters and Maybe Some Black Demons.

Gun Hippy is pretty much right. I would use a God Sword instead of whip/d scim. Which one does not matter, For slayer I still use the d battle axe spec. So the cheapest god sword would be best.

a god sword? is that new, i havnt heard of them. and also what is neitiznot helmet and what is bandos chest and legs? and is zerker the beserker ring?

and do Barrow Gloves break or have to be repaired?

Godswords are 2 handed, Barrows gloves are a reward you get after completing Recipe for Disaster, you get the Helm of Neitiznot after completing the Fremmenik Isles Quest, Bandos Chest and Tassets are rare drops from the Bandos bosses in the new God Wars dungeon.
