October 6, 200718 yr recently, one of my old accounts a level 67 that was a member, which was banned about a year ago. it had 17.5 black marks, but for no apparent reason, the ban was withdrawn, but the blackpoints remained, and i can now play this char. The same thing has happened to one of my friends, Explain?
