Ok a couple of questions here.

 

 

 

1.) Is there an "easiest" Scroll to get? I know they are all extremely difficult to get, but is there one that is a little more common?

 

 

 

2.) Where are the best places to kill the monsters(trying to stay away from other players that would interrupt my grinding)?

Hobgoblins seem to be the best to get scrolls at. they are widly aviable at the crafting guide pennsula.

Not sure what the most common is, but I've seen about 5 imp spawns up by the Karamja Volcano, and nobody is ever there. Good luck!

Do NOT try to get a giant one from fire giants! Over 10k of em, and no scroll = me thinks they dont drop em at all!

Lvl 85 Combat + Salve Ammy (or Salve (e)) + Ghouls = fast?

For giants scroll I used hill giants at taverly dungeon, they are almost always empty :)

The scrolls are pretty weird. People kill thousands of monsters with no luck, kill a few of another monster and get the scroll. Some say it's just luck, but this seems to happen too often to just be a "coincidence". What you should try is kill 100 of each monster or something like that.
