You should show your image sources, otherwise you're decieving us into believing you drew the image, as this place is for advice, critisism and ratings you shouldn't be surprised that someone would point that out.

 

 

 

You haven't done much to this, if this wasn't your piece and you were an everyday viewer rating this, what would you say? Because whoever drew that dragon should get the golden star, not you. A simple effect to create border and shine of light is by no means hard, but I suppose you're on the right tracks in terms of learning whatever program you used.

 

 

 

Other than that, dude I don't know what you want me to say. Give us some help here.. :|
