Text is way to big, and remember your rule of thirds! Also, it's a bit plain..

 

 

 

Try to actually enhance the pic too, don't just crop a google pic, stick some text on it, and call it a sig..

 

 

 

The border looks nice though.. but you should really read up on a few tutorials and try using some brushes.
