First of all I use Photoshop Elements 2 so no ImageReady, and second Coffee Cup seems to be a trial so does anyone know of a completely free image slicer?

Actually it cuts images into peices and saves them as different files, and generates an html table with them. :)

as daft as it sounds, paint could do the job. Just select one area to cut out, use the "Cut" option and then paste into a new file, then drag the box so it matches the exact size and save somewhere. It'd be a little harder than imageready but it'd still work.
