do bolts hit higher if they are tipped with any kind of gem?even if they not enchanted?? :-k plz answer here or pm me, ty :D

No. If you're gonna waste gems on them, you might as well enchant.

I seem to remember that they will hit harder. However, i have looked in the kb and on tip.it and haven't found anything.

I queried JAGeX about this a while back, they replied that tipping the bolts does not increase the max hit, only allows for them to be enchanted.
