Im 75 ranged, whats the best ranged exp/hour i can get and with what monster

Fire giants work well?

In a guide i had read that you can break/profit from cannoning the trolls on fremmy isles. I'll get the link for you. And the best thing is you get 45k/hour exp just cannoning and not using another ranged weapon. Here's the link:the guide
