October 23, 200718 yr It used to be "tipitchat" But that had so much spam and theyre weren't any mods. The newer one is "Lightning" that has mods now. The newer one is "Lightning" that has mods now. actually it was because jagex had an issue with the name of the chat. Having tipit as the characters name was, in jagex' eyes a violation of the no website advertising rule. the biggest problem was when lightning had to log into the account to set mod permissions etc... it looks a bit dodgy seeing a lvl 3 with a website's name standing in lum.
