October 25, 200718 yr Your PC question. PC usually gets fast exp around 80-85 in a certain combat stat. However, I wouldn't suggest PC if you are under 100 combat. Apparently, my signature was to big.
October 26, 200718 yr The best place, as well as the most unlikely place, is someone's house. If you manage to get enough 7+ willing people (which again is unrealistic) then you could rack in exp via Dragon Two-hander specials. 99/99 Defence 92/99 strength 80/99 slayer
