  1. Rock Crabs or Experiments if you want just the exp.
  2. Seeds in general seem to be somewhat common of a drop from Mossies. When I had them as a task a long time ago, I usually got a few a task.
  3. Since Pking no longer exists, your pure isn't as useful as it could have been. I say stick with your main.
  4. I say the best weapon to train defence with is a whip (yes, even better than God Sword). Try the skeletons in Damis' lair. When I trained there, I easily racked up 60k+ exp per hour. If you're really serious about getting it up fast, use super sets, they help ALOT. Also, the skeletons auto-attack, kind of like bandits, so you can multi-task :P Good Luck!
  5. I found quite a few at the Pirate Ship east of the agility course.
  6. To repair Dharoks, amongst any other FULL set, is around 300k cash. Although there is no set requirement to fight them, it is recommended to have good magic (60+) and prayer (43+) Hope that helps :P
  7. Not worth it at all. I tried them once with 98 defence and still got hit pretty hard. Loot includes a few rune squares, but overall not worth the effort.
  8. Alright, I did this once and it worked. Get $8 (something around there for pay by mail), put it in an envelope, and send it via mail. Here comes the tricky part, at least for me: Finding a way to send it without getting caught. Here's the scoop: Pretend you have a girlfriend (assuming you're male :P) or an important other and make a fake envelope addressed to him/her. Ask your parents if you can go to the a post box, and switch the letters without being seen, therefore sending the money for membership. I did this whole shinanigan exactly, and I must say it was quite fun; that is, if you don't want your parents nagging you about your significant other :P And of course, why not defy your parents with style; isn't that what childhood is all about? \
  9. I prefer Facebook to Myspace. Why? In my opinion, Myspace is too personalized; highlighting the importance of an individual more than someone using Facebook. In many cases, this promotes self absorption, while Facebook focuses on the community. Of course this stereotype doesn't apply to everyone, it is just from my experience. I know I would rather be talking with my friends than wasting time boasting about random junk for no result.
  10. Fyi, contrary to popular belief, member's items do not affect your bonuses in free worlds. Therefore, you are better off wielding the black shield as your crystal shield is useless in non-members.
  11. There are many ways to make cash via slayer. Abberant Spectres, Abby Demons, Spiritual Mages, etc. Like everything, the higher your level, the more cash you will be able to produce. However, you can't completely depend on slayer as a money maker because the drop rates are random, and is not a skill where you know how much money you will make in the end. In addition, due to the dramatic rise in people getting their slayer levels up, many drops like whips are going down. That is why you should get slayer over asap to make the most of the excellent drops. :P
  12. The best place, as well as the most unlikely place, is someone's house. If you manage to get enough 7+ willing people (which again is unrealistic) then you could rack in exp via Dragon Two-hander specials.
  13. Unfortunately, your title got my attention. I have nothing else to say besides this is not going to get anywhere, and in the future I will most likely regret bumping this to the top. :P
  14. Your title is a bit misleading, as there are countless problems with RuneScape :P
  15. Preach on brother! But seriously, I agree 100%. Jagex should remove random events from not only combat, but from just standing there as well. Countless time have I been standing in Cammy bank only to be teleported by evil Bob at the worst possible time. :wall:
  16. Indeed they are, they're not needed whatsoever, amongst the majority of the recent updates. But of course this is just my opinion... :P
  17. I agree completely. However, because Jagex already has so much work on their hands, they simply cannot possibly keep up with all these rule breakers. That is why we have the 'report abuse button;' but that is a completely different problem anyway... :P
  18. This is because combat levels are the only thing that 'directly' shows your skills. For example: A level 110 would be more reconized because his combat, which is pretty high, is shown. A level 3 with many 99 skills would not be recognized as much as the level 110 because their skills are not shown. Although the skill capes help defeat this discrimination, it still exists. As a result, many high levels tend to be very arrogant, cocky, and egotistic, as opposed to a level 3 skiller, who is automatically taking the position of an honest, modest character. Another reason for this is that combat is basically the only skill that can be competitive; so in the minds of high levels, they must be the best, even if they're apparently not. This feeling of superiority, unfortunately, is taken out on the lower levels. In my opinion, regardless of how much higher their combat level is, as long as you have higher total level, and/or exp, then you're ultimately better. Modesty and honesty is MUCH more important than superiority, remember that. By the way, I currently have a combat level of 115, and I do not level discriminate whatsoever. Hope this helps :P
  19. N0t only dat, but mos peeple dont no how ta spel eithr (Pun intended :P) But seriously, indeed it is annoying, but sometimes people don't re-check the forums to see if you've closed it.
  20. A lot of people go to German worlds just for the sake of there being less people to slow down your training. I, amongst others, take advantage of this; whilst also learning a bit of German, so its great. That is one huge reason why a lot of people in German servers are English. :P
  21. I have encountered the same scenario many times at the metal dragons. I'll hit consisitent 30's until its redbarred and then I seem to miss like five times in-a-row. I thought it was just my bad luck playing its role again, but I guess not :P
