I'm going to powercook until 99. What's a good level to start cooking Monkfish without cooking guantlets?

Monkfish aren't very good experience, and burn a good bit (cooking gaunts don't work on them, only the 3 fish you use in the quest where you obtain them). You should stick to cost efficient lobs or go all the way with the fast exp of sharks, monks were made for amazing fishing exp and healing ammounts, cooking exp was put low to try to even them out and not make them almost dominate the fishing market.

Also, say I need 100K Lobs cooked for 99. That converts someone around 73K Monks. If money isn't an issue, you think it would be better to use Lobs and spend many more hours cooking them over Monks?

 

 

 

Also, if I were to use Sharks instead, what level is good to start; without gauntlets?

If money isnt an issue, do lobs will 94 then sharks till 99
