I did from 65 to 70 attack almost in 1 day on experiments with dragon scimmy, though that was some real no-lifing there :D

Slayer tasks are good. Go to either Edgeville, or if you have the properate lvl, go to The Lost City.

 

If you don't feel Slayering, you can try the Experiments in Frenkenstein's layer. lvl 23 "animals" with 100 hitpoints.
