November 7, 200718 yr I have found the skullball course in the werewolf agility dungeon to give better xp then the barbarian course, but you'll need to do a couple of initial rounds to find a pattern that works best for you. I trained using skullball from 25-53 agility, and it was much more fun then the standard courses. You don't need food either. "Less is more" -- Mies
