The other thing you might want to consider is the NPC Contact lunar spell. This allows you to contact any of the slayer masters from anywhere. The major downside to this though is that whist on lunar, you can't access high alc.

 

 

 

Very true, but at 73 mage i'm sot sure how useful it'd be. I live on lunars, because with 96 (spellbook swap) it's the best ever. At lower levels i'm not so sure, but deffo worth looking in to.

Slayer isn't necessarilyabout good drops and you can't rely on this. The thing about slayer is that if you do it almost constantly without training other skills, your wealth accumulates by collecting all the herbs, seeds, gp, items you hi-alch between tasks and things like mystic stuff that you can quickly sell on world two. I went from 78 to 83 in one big slayer binge and made enough to buy ranger set, zammy d hide top and bottoms (for a treat) and enough D bones to go from 78 to 80 prayer in one session.

 

And I still had enough left over for a beer and a kebab.

 

 

 

I don't know whether others do it, but I usually pick up all gp as well, as one Gargoyle task will usually mean an extra 5-6k gp and it all mounts up.
