Wow... Another lame rant... Seriousily, it's only for members, AND you have to do the Varrok Achivement diary thing, so... It's just as bad as saying some Members quests have to be started in F2P areas, and you try and start those...

The bank in the cooking guild is there for the members that have totally completed the Varrock diary. If you have done all of the easy, medium, and hard tasks in this diary than you can use this bank. It is a reward for members that have high skills and take part in the that part of the game. I would think that there aren't even that many members that can get into it.

 

 

 

And why are you complaining? There is a bank a couple of steps away in Varrock that you can use if you want need to use one. :?

Between that and the Edgeville furnace, I think the Varrock achievement diary has been my favourite update in the years I've been playing.

Not to mention a handy "upgrade to members" feature on the Runescape website.
