If you have done all of the easy, medium, and hard tasks in this diary than you can use this bank. It is a reward for members that have high skills and take part in the that part of the game. I would think that there aren't even that many members that can get into it. And why are you complaining? There is a bank a couple of steps away in Varrock that you can use if you want need to use one. :? Between that and the Edgeville furnace, I think the Varrock achievement diary has been my favourite update in the years I've been playing. And why are you complaining? There is a bank a couple of steps away in Varrock that you can use if you want need to use one. :? Not to mention a handy "upgrade to members" feature on the Runescape website.
