nah its quite good but the sig, the character looks like he has a splat of armour on his top, not a proper plate. the avvy is kinda plain. also the guys hand looks kinda weird and the smile is just scary! lol.

ok 1st of all i dont see whats wrong with the plate? even Xman C/C'd it on msn and he said plate was fine?... heh anyway the hand i also think looks good... lol u try do a hand.. infact most people who pixel try to leave hands out by doing a glove or somthing but i had the guts to do it :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

oh and the avatar? hmmm what else does an ipod have on it? i thin ur missing the whole point of that avatar its just an ipod nothing else... (its because i like music :P)

but your sig needs alot of work. like pjb said, the plate has a lot of problems with the shading. the shadows all point to different light sources. xman probably said it fine because he felt there were more significant problems with other parts of the sig. and plus, xman is just one artist out of many, whatever he says isnt written down in stone. anyone is entitled to disagree.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

as for your hand, the fingers need to curve away from the palm a little bit instead of being in straight alignment with the palm, which also incorrectly attached to the wrist. and pixelers dont try to leave hands out, the reason you never see any hands in sigs is that every1 request chars with gloves on.

you started off good with the plate, but it misses some features.

 

 

 

the highlights are good and all but on the wrong location, i dont think it looks like someone spat on it..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

in case no one knew, armor plating is metal and metal has high contrast.

concentrate on fixing the face instead, it looks oddly mis shaped.
