icecube Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 The helmet is called "Helm of Neitiznot", a reward from the "The Fremennik Isles" quest. You need to do the quest to equip one and you can buy another back for 50k. Defense: Stab - 31 Slash - 29 Crush - 34 Magic - 3 Range - 30 and Gives +3 Strength and +3 Prayer.
