i just did the stuff to renew a membership after it ran out

 

its been over 20mins so far and no txt back saying the pin

 

this has neva happend befor

 

is it normal

I guess they may be busy right now? Though it is probably automated. I myself paybyphone but use a telephone which gives me the pin on call. Wait anotehr hour or so and if you get no txt then send a letter to jagex.

It can take up to 24 hours to recieve a text back containing your PIN

 

Don't panic.

 

It'll be there tommorow.

On your phone and double check you typed in...
