Iamdan
This is for a f2p hybrid, combat 65. I'm torn between 42 attack 94 strength 2 defense 1 prayer 91 ranged 70 magic 85 hp Max hit with r2h: 28 Max hit with range: 15 Max hit with scimmy: 22 OR 50 attack 86 strength 2 defense 1 prayer 91 ranged 70 magic 83 hp Max hit with r2h: 25 Max hit with range: 15 Max hit with scimmy: 21 My concern is whether to sacrifice strength for attack. I'm worried that I won't be able to hit through the defense with a r2h that people will have at 65 combat with only 42 attack, but I don't know how much of a difference the extra 8 levels will do. The higher max hit doesn't matter a whole lot unless I want to fight with a scimitar, Is the extra accuracy for the range/2h ko worth the lower strength? jens_w
I must say... very nice account. Keep attack low and get higher strength, that's the best option. Both of these attack lvls will hardly hit through rune, but not a single attack lvl hits rune really good so yo uare better of getting more strength. Jaereg
Wear Green D hide chaps, use scim and 2h and bring fire blasts. Keep the strength lvls high and attack lvls low. Attack Past 40 = Waste of Combat lvls. There are multiple views on this, but getting 31 pray should only increase your combat lvl by 4, and you'd hit 28 max with 2h + pray, plus you would be able to keep it. Just some advice from my past experience.

Just some advice from my past experience. 4 combat lvls = 10+ lvls of ranged - Never EVER get 31 prayer on this kinda pure. Get second option, as the attack must hit Dungeoneering isn't a skill. SHIELZZZ69
f2p youll struggle at high lvl to hit through rune and youll get constant 10s hit on u by those main accounts 99 Strength Achieved 26/9/08. L0L in 3 years I've made 7m. In the past 2 days I've made 7.2m on top of that thanks to Bounty Hunter. So why play for 3 years when you can do that? I_Dragonov_I
I would take the middle way: 45 Attack and like 90 Strength Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings
Quoi_Tu
Since you will be fighting pures most of the time I'd go with the higher str. However, if you plan to raise your combat above 65 - 70, then you might want higher attack. The few pkers with def around cb 65 will be surprised when you pump out a 27 on them anyways.
