Well I'm becoming a member finally and I know members have a lot more places to train that give good xp for lots of things. Like...

 

 

 

Best place to mine(iron, coal, silver, gold, etc.)

 

Fastest bank to furnace place to smelt

 

Best place to chop trees(willow, maple, yew)

 

Good places to train agility and thieving.

 

Helpful quests that unlock things(weapons, areas to train, etc.)

 

and just any info that could help a new member out would be GREATLY appreciated. :D

Iron in the field north east of Yanille

 

Coal, pay your subjects in Miscellania to collect them for you

 

Gold, the mines at Kildagrim (quest required)

 

Silver, the crafting guild i think

 

Mith, Grand tree basement

 

Adam, Elflands

Edgeville, Piscatoris Fishing Colony, Port Phasmatys

 

 

 

Best place to chop trees(willow, maple, yew)

 

Willow - Barbarian outpost (saphire necklace tele)

 

Maple - Pay Miscellanian subjects

 

Yews - West of Catherby or north of Varrock castle

 

Magic - grow one in Gnome stronghold (assist)

 

 

 

Good places to train agility and thieving.

 

Agility - Wildy course to level 70, then Ape Atol (monkey madness quest)

 

Theiving - Pyramid Plunder mini game

 

 

 

 

 

These are just my favourites... there may be better options.

Helpful quests that unlock things(weapons, areas to train, etc.) --> lost city (unlocks a slayer master and the right to wear dragon dagger and dragon lonsword. Do recruitment drive too. If you did it and you die, you will respawn at fally instead of lumby.

- Edgeville after Varrock Diaries (must wear the armour)

 

- Port Phasmatys

 

 

 

Best place to chop trees:

 

Willows - Barberian Outpost

 

Maple - North of Seers

 

Yews - South of Seers; West of Camelot

 

Magic - East of Range Guild; Tree Gnome Village

 

 

 

Good places to train agility:

 

Toy Mice (12 of them) until Wildy Course

 

Wildy course until 70-75 agility

 

Ape Atoll until you are tired of training (Monkey Madness quest req)

 

 

 

Good places to train thieving:

 

Pyramid Plunder (forget the quest req)

 

Ardougne Stalls (at lower levels)

Easier Quests

 

Druidic Ritual - Unlock the Herblore skill.

 

The Lost Tribe - Unlock Bone Bolts + Dorgeshuun Bow (range training)

 

Lost City- Unlocks the ability to wield Dragon Weps without quest reqs.

 

Gertrudes Cat - Get a pet cat, it has a novelty value. :roll:

 

Waterfall - Unlocks the Waterfall, which is a great training spot (Fire Giant)

 

Tears of Guthix - Trains free xp to your lowest stat once a week.

 

 

 

Harder Quests

 

Fremmelik Trials- Unlocks the Fremmelik Helmets.

 

Regecide - Unlocks the ability to wield the Dragon Halberd.

 

Monkey Madness- Unlock the ability to wield the Dragon Scitimar.

 

Heros Quest - Unlocks the Heros Guild + Dragon Mace/Battleaxe.

 

Legends Quest - Unlocks the Legends Guild.

 

Desert Treasure - Unlocks Ancient Magicks.

 

Lunar Diplomacy - Unlocks Lunar Magicks.

 

Shilo Village - Unlocks Shilo Village (great fishing spot + gem rocks)

 

 

 

Other

 

- Train all of your stats, except maybe Construction (expensive)

 

- Agility's energy replenshing effects work on F2P.

 

- Test out the Mini-Games.

 

- Explore without expensive armour to get used to things.

 

- Carry teleports just in case.

 

- Have anti-poisons at hand.

 

- Check forums for prices before buying/selling unfarmilar items.

 

- Train your Runecrafting to at least 44 for Nature Runecrafting.

 

- Ask advice whenever you need it. :

I would also add doing at least enough of Fairy Tales Part II to access the Fairy Rings - invaluable when doing Slayer.
