You have to be lucky enough to be able to buy a gout tuber, finding one in the Tai Bwo cleanup mini game can take forever! Most other tasks are not too difficult (fight pits and fight cave might cause some difficulties) if you have the prerequisits like quests to access dungeons and the jungle.
