Korla
Age: 19 Weight: 148 Max Bench: 155 Max Squat: 221 If squat is what I think it is, then I train on 221...but hey, I play football..for you, soccer. We're not supposed to be all mounds of flesh running around ;) Yea yea, I wouldn't beat any of you guys in a weight lifting competition, but maybe I could have a chance at beating you at kicking the ball or something :P
BlueLancer
Age: 25 Height: 6'2 (about 190 cm) Weight: 230lbs (about 116kg though about no body fat at all) Max Bench: 330 lbs (about 170 kg) Max Squat: 750 lbs (about 325 kg) I assume you mean standard squat using shoulders? Max Deadlift: 610 lbs (about 305kg) I've trained since I was like 14 or early 15. Don't start it earlier because chances are that you could severely limit your growth (also bone growth) by trying too hard while being too young. Also you will see very fast results if you're young and start training (not suggesting anything but talking from experience), part because of fast metabolism and because your body is still being developed and it has a lot of hormones.
