i think you should train on the dark wizards south of varrock until 40, then go to hobgoblins

Stay at minotaurs until 40, then move on to moss giants or something. At 60+ you can train at ankous (or even better, ice giants in the wild).

Im a pure though, my def is 1 and all i want atm is 40 range. Still minotars? and bronze or iron here... would bronze be cheaper?

I would stay at the minotaurs until 40 range, then head to hill giants and bank big bones/limps for cash. I made 6M on my pure getting 70 range like this, on F2P. ::'
