November 14, 200718 yr This should be in Help and Advice, but, I think defence is definitely worth it. They hit more 0's so, you use less food. Also, if you want to do high level monster hunting, a high defence level is needed.

November 14, 200718 yr It is your decision. I stuck with 45 defence and love it, but that doesn't mean you will. If you like to pk, and monster hunt, then maybe 70 defence is best. Something along the lines of a barrows pure.
