loot share

Featured Replies

well i think i know what it does but maybe i wrong so corect me:when lootshare is activated all players who are in the clan chat have a chance to recieve the monster's drop and it makes no difrence if one player done 80% of damge and other done 20% both have chnce to recieve the loot.

is it correct?

yes, that is correct BUT, it will only affect players standing within 20 squares of the monster you are killing.

Actually from what I saw when using at GWD, the only thing it does is list the drop that is obtained. The person who does the most damage still gets the drop however the drop is listed in the chat box which means there is no lying about the drop that was gotten. I don't remember seeing any drops on the floor with lootshare activated, so this is just from experience.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

yes, and people who haven't gotten a "drop" from lootshare are more likely to get one on the next kill. :)

Whoever gets the drop gets it, whether or not they did the most damage. My clan went on a KBD trip last night, so I have recent experience (My buddy got some pretty heads <3: ) It'll say something along the lines of:

Your friend has received: 3,000 gp

Your chances of receiving loot have improved!

:)

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
