November 18, 200718 yr When I did it, I just put my own name but I don't think it matters since you never really assign a name to the card. How long ago did you buy it?

November 18, 200718 yr Well when I used mine, I had to wait a couple hours for it to be activated. When I checked the card's site for its balance, it said it had money on it, but you still may need to wait. I had the same message when I first tried.
