Cars066
I have had this for years and i absolutely love it, its a 4 gig zen micro and i prefer it over my newer zen v+! The thing is that i got it sent thru the wash and dryer >:( and now it just goes to the opening screen that says "creative" and "copyright, blah blah blah etc.". There is apparently no reset button (?) so what can i do? also, i saw on amazon they hav a refurb. one for 64 bucks from a 100% feedback seller, do you think this is trustable (just made that word up)? adam_ross0
Well, good news and bad news. The bad news? The one that went through the wash is ruined. And unless you backed up all of your music, then you lost it also. The good news? Refurbished means that a product was once ruined but has been restored and pretty much made like new. I got my old xbox that way..works perfect. I'd say buy the refurbished...although I do have one more comment: How many items has the seller sold/bought? If he's bought/sold a few hundred with 100% feedback, that's good. If he's only gone through a few, maybe 5-100, then I'd be cautious and maybe review what he's done before I bought from him. GlowinRedM
To reset, hold the power button/switch/whatever WHILE you put batteries/the battery pack/power supply in. That will put it in restore mode where you can Format it or restore it or whatever. Just Format it though, I had the same problem with my Microphoto. The corp beast, is, well, just a corp beast. Azvareth
There should be a reset button underneath it actually. You'll have to use something thin and pointy though (paperclip or similar).

GlowinRedM
If it can't go into recovery mode, dump the thing, I doubt it will work anymore The corp beast, is, well, just a corp beast.
