I happened to start using apophysis and winded up making the image below. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me to a tutorial. Currently it seems all that is put into a fractional is running a script and changing a few settings.

yes, you may use these fractionals for your own work and don't worry about giving credit as long as you have edited it some way. I did some further experimentation and came up with another.
