Sure thing.

 

 

 

When you make a post, there is a link underneath it that says 'Add image to post'

 

If you click that a thingy will pop up and you simply browse the pic and upload it on.

 

 

 

Or you can go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload a picture there and put it between image tags.
