Phyco1312
Then you have to call them directly 1-800-4MY-XBOX. It did the same with mine. It'll sometimes let you and sometimes it won't.
Legolover64
Or just stop paying.
Mercifull
Or just stop paying. Which is illegal. If you subscribe to something you enter a contract, if you just dont pay they are still legally entitled to ther money even if you dont use the service. If you refuse to pay then the baliffs will come to collect assets. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Legolover64
Oh... well, it's like electricity right? If you stop paying their bill, they won't give you power. Try calling Microsoft first, then stop paying...

Electric companies cut off power AND send bailiffs. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Try calling Microsoft first, then stop paying... You don't understand X-Box live. Even when you sign up for a trial, a credit card number is required. If you go over a certain date, it AUTOMATICALLY bills you, and if it's a credit card, it won't have to verify the funds in the account. Basically Mercifull is right, it would be fraud. Rhys
Only way to cancel it is to call them, you need to call the number on their website relevant to your location, state that you want to cancel a Live subscription then give them your account name. :)
Phyco1312
Then you have to call them directly 1-800-4MY-XBOX. It did the same with mine. It'll sometimes let you and sometimes it won't. It's a 1-800 number so as long as your in US/Canada it's a free call. They will ask you for your credit card information and they need to speak to the person who's name is ON the credit card. Been there done that.
