I am going to guess that you are a member, since most F2P players are aware that rune is the best training armour for them, especially with stats like yours.

I would suggest:

Helmet- Neitznot Helm > Fremmy Helm > Dragon Med/Full Helm

Ammy- Fury > Glory > Other

Body- Fighter Torso > Dragon Chain > Granite/Rune plate

Legs- Dragon Legs > Granite/Rune Legs

Shield- Rune Defender/Obsidian Shield > God Book

Boots- Dragon Boots > Rune Boots > Climbing Boots

Gloves- Barrows Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves

Cape- Fire Cape > Obby Cape/Skill Cape > Legends Cape

As for training, I would suggest:

Slayer with a black mask

Ankou with a Salve/Salve (e) Ammy

Mossies with a D-scim

Fire Giants with a D-Hally

Cyclops to stock up on Rune Defenders
