Tr1skal
I enjoy runescape most of the times I play, I just can never stick to one thing. If I want to get to a certain attack level, it takes ages, because I do attack, then fletch, then wood cut, etc. I think the problem is setting too big of goals... any help? panthers4091
Try to train things that are fun, not things you feel you need to train. Training low level skills is also a good idea, since you gain levels very fast and you might even find you like the skill. Don't try to set one of those 99 goals. Taking breaks when you're bored helps, to.

Shadow MC
If you're training a skill like attack or whatever other skill you could find out if any of your friends are training the same one and train with them. Having a friend with you to talk to and train there beside you will help a lot to fight the tediousness of certain skills and could get you to train that skill for a longer period of time. If this isn't the kind of thing that would work for you, you could try stuff like listening to music or watching a movie while you train your skills, although I would only advise the movie if your training a skill that doesn't require much attention. These kinds of things can help take your mind off the length of time it takes for you train that skill and could also help you stay at it for longer. But still if you're not used to training one skill for long lengths of time you may want to build up to it and set yourself smaller goals first before going for the big ones. Then you could gradually set yourself harder goals so in time you can get used to lengthier training sessions. Hope that helped :)
