November 21, 200718 yr I'm guessing 50-100 would be more than enough. Just make sure you bring elemental runes since you can't use a staff.
November 21, 200718 yr You can use any ranged or magic attack, i used ranged.. To island you can't get armour or weapons but they not deny to get materials like taned cowhides, needle, thread, headless arrows or arrowtrips... Knife i think is not weapon too ;) I crafted on island ranger armor from taned cowhides and i had arrow trips and headless arrows with me and just some log and bowstring to make complete ranged equipment and i just ranged it from safe spot :) Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.Visit my exp track
November 21, 200718 yr I ranged the spirit too. Just like Agira said: you can bring leather (cow or if your crafting level is high enoug Dragon), studs for the leather, needle and thread, log, knife, bowstring (not a g-string), arrow shafts, feathers and arrowheads. I don't know about mage him...I did really well with ranging him. Took me a few minutes. Safespots are behind the fungus. You can stand there for ages ranging (or if you really want to mage, maging). 100 runes will be enough. Bring more if you don't feel conffident by 100. "We had gay burglars the other night. November 21, 200718 yr id say 150 casts should be good also take in account that you must kill some zombies (lvl 21 i belive) to get a bronze axe to cut the tree also id advise you to bring some food
