ive always wanted 99 str so i was wondering if i should get any other stat up first

I think you should get 99 str in a place whre you can train prayer, because you are just lv 48 at 94 combat, this is just you need to raise...

 

If you want to train your str doing slayer will be a great idea too :

You could just go Dharok'ing, fast strength exp.
