how can i pay back membership debt w/paybycash when..

Featured Replies

there isnt a "PayByCash" option. and i dont even know what paybycash is it sounds like paypal but idk

and i need to pay back the debt

and this is what the message said i dont even get it, i payed by credit card and it said it got it, now i have -16 days and banned until i pay it back.

We have received notification from our telebilling partner, Surfpin, that they were unable to collect payment from your phone company for the call used to make a subscription payment on this account.

This was due to the owner of the phone line used to make the call, claiming that they did not make or authorise this call.

Since we could not collect payment for the subscription, we have subtracted the credit given to the account. In addition, to cover the costs we have incurred through this we have fined this account a further 30 days of credit. If this puts your account into negative credit, then unfortunately you will be banned from the game until you have repaid us for the days of credit that you have used but not paid for.

To recover your account, you will need to buy membership again to repay the negative credit owed. You can check how much negative credit you have by visiting http://www.runescape.com/ and clicking on 'Start a new membership' under the 'Membership' heading. Follow the subscription links to a payment method and then log onto your account.

You will need to subscribe using PayByCash, for a sufficient number of months to cover the negative credit. Any credit remaining after the debt has been repaid, will be added to the account as membership credit.

We will only accept PayByCash as the method of payment to pay back the debt.

If you believe that this action has been taken in error, or if you have any relevant information with respect to the payment used for your membership, please contact us immediately through our ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅBilling̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.

i payed by credit card

That's a paybyphone message. Usually it happens when the owner of the phone line did not pay the phone bill exactly on time, and the phone service provider then refuses to pay the surfpin, and then surfin gives the charge to Jagex, which then removes credit on your account. Some phone service providers leave the surfpin charge alone even if you're late, others are more nasty.

Anyway, if you never paid by phone, say like a month ago, then the message is an error. But good luck trying to get Jagex to fix it.

Edit: Wait.. did you use a credit card?

Cause if you, then you're probably better off using Pay by Credit Card instead of paybyphone...

[hide]Ah...

Well if you have a debit card from a bank with an online banking feature, chances are your bank should also have an online Interac feature.

Well if you're not sure, go ask your local banker. They can help you set up an online banking account.

Also, theres a "pay by mail" option with paybycash.

First you sign up for membership in the runescape website, and then Paybycash will give you specific instructions on how much to mail, and where to send the mail. IE, Jagex's address.

(It just takes longer for jagex to get it... usually a few weeks...)

==== Well this was how it went for me when I used paybycash ====

*Im in canada so I dont know how exactly it works for other countries*

For prompt and accurate processing, please follow these instructions carefully:

Step 1:

Print these instructions so you can refer to them when sending your payment via CertaPay (Interac).

Step 2:

To use CertaPay (Interac), you must bank at one of the following banks and have your bank account set up for online/PC banking.

(I used my local bank)

Full instructions for sending money via CertaPay (Interac) may be found here.

Step 3:

Please make sure you carefully follow the instructions below to avoid any delays in the processing of your payment!

Send your CertaPay (Interac) email payment of ($$$) Canadian Dollars to:

Recipient Name: PayByCash

Recipient Email: [email protected]

Message to Recipient:

In the space provided for a "Message to recipient," please include the following information:

1: (your order number goes here)

2: (your rsn)

3: RuneScape

4: (your real name)

Please do NOT include ANY quotation marks, apostrophes or commas in ANY fields. Simply separate words with a space. If you include any quotes, apostrophes, or other special characters, the CertaPay (Interac) system WILL NOT deliver your payment to us! (CertaPay (Interac) is aware of this problem).

Security Question: (security question you are given)

Security Word: (security word you are given)

Please enter this information exactly as shown here, with all lower-case (small) letters and NO spaces or special characters! Please double check your spelling! If we cannot enter the security answer exactly, your payment will be returned to you by CertaPay (Interac) and you will have to resubmit it.

Step 4:

An E-mail notification will be sent to you when your payment has been processed. Your PayByCasḫ̢̢ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ payment will be processed the same day it is received.

=====

Well that was how it turned out for me.

Paybycash is a company, and you can use different methods to pay.

Credit Card payments go directly to Jagex, byt paybycash is a third party company trusted by jagex.

Theres Paypal, western union, money transfer, certapay(interact), ebullion, and some others.

Dunno if your country has those though.[/hide]
