When I was out to buy my maple logs for 99fm, I kept some pretty good records of my transactions (:P):

Buying:

Quantity: Price: (each)

390 --60

170-- 60

5,000-- 65

100 --60

2,340-- 60

47 --60

77-- 60

150-- 60

1-- 0

9,896-- 65

20,000-- 60

6,600 --65

4,500 --60

2,749-- 60

5,190-- 57.8

16,000-- 60

22,886-- 60

Total: 5,861,762 gp for the exactly 96,096 logs I needed.

I got to the required level for maples (what, like 40?) at the general store from the mega cheap willows... This cost probably like 5k or less...

EDIT:

Actually, I forgot I kept records for levels 1-45:

I had 5,612,830 in my inventory when I started and 5,605,456 when I ended, so it cost 7,374gp for level 1 (starting with maybe like 10xp from tut. island) to level 45 (I stopped right when it said "grats on level 45!")

This also includes 1gp for a tinderbox, though :P

Just a sidenote, you can't buy from General Store anymore for the cheap price because all items in Player Stock now reflect the min. price in GE.

But Willows are still really cheap, so you can just buy them.

Fm with willows cost about 3m, and with maples its around 8m.. I wouldnt even try with yews. These are just rough estimations.

I have no idea about fletching though

I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.
