November 30, 200718 yr I've got a fire cape. I got it with 70 range and 45 prayer and 74 hp, it wasn't hard at all, and I got it on my first try. So yes, if I can get it with 45 prayer, you can get it with 60, just get 70 range first. ~Joe Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
December 2, 200718 yr Maybe get atleast 70 range (80 would be great) before you attempt. Also getting some pray levels wouldnt hurt. If possible use two crystal bows when you can (but you should lower there charge by degrading them while you train on Blue dragons). Some emmy (e) bolts would be useful also.
