Barihawk
Now, this is NOT a clip put together by CBS/Paramount. This guy just made what he felt a logical leap from "Enterprise" and the NX-01 to a progressive look at what Kirks NCC-1701 would look like. If you haven't heard, Star Trek 11 is going to be a "feeler" at rebooting the Original Star Trek series. It has an amazing cast, a pretty awesome looking plot, and J.J. Abrams (of MI:2/3 and Lost fame) will be at the helm. Anyways, here's the clip. It shows concepts, the original NCC-1701, and the re-imagining. http://www.gabekoerner.com/ent/trekreel002.mov EDIT: The "battle scene" would be from the old show called "The Doomsday Machine" and Gabe hasn't made a 3-D model for the Planet Killer, so that's why the 1701 is shooting at nothing. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley

Barihawk
... 1) Right click, save as. It's a .mov file that uses Quicktime Movie Player. If you do not have Quicktime, it probably will not play. 2) If you left-clicked, it attempts to load quicktime through your browser. It takes a few moments to load the whole video, as it's 20 seconds of very high quality footage. 3) With close to 4500 posts, why would I post a logger now? 4) I posted it back in May? Today was the first time I'd ever seen this video. I am not Gabe Koerner. If I was, you would all be worshipping me for doing the CGI for Battlestar Galactica. EDIT: Here are some pictures at least. They are large, so I am not going to paste the image. http://www.gabekoerner.com/ent/ent3small.jpg (Not that small) http://www.gabekoerner.com/ent/enterpri ... t_1080.jpg http://www.gabekoerner.com/ent/render00.jpg My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. LOL, I didn't think you were really, but I was concerned about how old the file was and wondered about it's authenticity. Cheers :)
Nanosauromo
It stars Zachary "Sylar" Quinto and is directed by JJ Abrams, creator of LOST. I can't wait. Barihawk
Actually, it has the three stars. Chris Pine as Kirk Zachary Quinto as Spock The Dude who played Eomer in Lord of the Rings (I can't remember his name) as McCoy. If you are a fan of Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead, that guy is Scotty, and Harold from White Castle is Sulu. :P Interesting casting, but I think it will work. Barihawk
Thanks, I was obviously too lazy to look up the name.
