no, he alched outside the castle wars walls. you cant alch when your in a game. however, you were used to be able to alch there. :P

It's true that you cannot, but rs doesn't let you cast alchemy spells in the CW arena anyway. People used to abuse CW as a place to just chill and alch, and as a result teams would sometimes have a bunch of people just sitting in the team's safe room just alching and not playing CW at all. It sucked.
