So, I got a lvl 3 Clue Scroll from a Blue Dragon whilst fulfilling my Slayer task.

 

It was my first lvl 3 Clue Scroll ever, so I was pretty excited to find out what it contained.

 

 

 

I followed the coordinates it said I should dig at, and I did. A Saradomin Mage appeared, I killed it, and got another clue scroll. However, this time it was one of Uri's Emotes.

 

 

 

To be precise, it was this one:

 

Blow a raspberry in the Fishing Guild bank. Beware of double agents! Equip an elemental shield, blue dragonhide chaps, and rune warhammer.

 

 

 

Now the problem is, one has to have 68 Fishing to get into the Fishing Guild, and I only have 57 Fishing.

 

 

 

So the question is, should I try to meet up to Uri's expectations - get 68 Fishing - and follow the rest of the clue, or dump the scroll and continue doing whatever I was doing?

PS: I calculated, and it will take 4.4k Lobsters for me to get 11 Fishing lvls.

Use monks theyre better than lobs. That clue is exactly why I got my fishing up (just enough to pie in though). I think it's worth it. On my first level 3 I got a Robin so go for it.

Yes monks are better, I suppose he didn't do the quest if he types lobsters if I'm not completely wrong.

I had almost this exact situation. I did Shilo fishing to get it up to the point where I could use an admiral pie to get in (level 63). Its definitely worth it since its a very common clue. I've probably had it a dozen or more times since and I'm still only 65 fishing!

I would train my fishing to get into the fishing for the guild because most likely you would get another lvl 3 clue that would require you to go into the fishing guild. Plus you might even get the great 3rd age armour. :D

Wow thats nice, it happened to me too, i needed 68 fishing and i did this...

 

I was 54 fishing, i got 63 and i ate an admiral pie, so i got 68 fishing and i entered in the guide and made this part of the lv 3 clue...
